The project

The project “Altri Scenari” after having identified Sardinian social enterprises weaknesses (inadequate capacity building, inadequate innovation capacity towards the development of the third sector and lack of new market perspectives) wants to foster social economy in the Sardinia region and to balance local job demand and offer in this sector.

This goal will be pursued by the implementation of an innovative model aimed at awakening people to the most sound business economy values and mentality and at disseminating well established national and European best practices.

The project focuses on Vocational Training according to the Italian Law n.845/78 perspective: an important job policy instrument in developing employment and ensuring that the workers’ organization is able to be in line with scientific and technologic development.
